Esil University Implements Innovative Teaching Methods to Train Future Managers

The Department of Management at Esil University continues to introduce modern educational technologies aimed at improving the quality of education and developing students' professional competencies.

S.K. Kanatova, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Management, conducted a class in the course Human Resource Management in an Organization for third-year students of the Public and Local Administration educational programme, using innovative teaching methods.

The session included case-based learning, a business simulation focused on employee recruitment, adaptation and performance evaluation, as well as the presentation and defence of team decisions. Students analysed personnel management challenges, assigned functional roles, developed proposals to improve human resource management systems and justified their decisions.

The use of practice-oriented teaching methods helped combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills, increase student engagement and develop critical thinking, communication, teamwork and the ability to make well-informed management decisions.
