International Scientific and Practical Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Youth Employment and Public Administration
Dear colleagues,
On 17–18 November 2026, Esil University will host an International Scientific and Practical Conference entitled “The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Youth Employment and the Transformation of Public Administration”.
The conference will provide a platform for discussing current issues related to the use of artificial intelligence, its impact on the labour market and youth employment, as well as the digital transformation of the public administration system.
Two thematic sessions are planned as part of the conference:
17 November — Session 1
“Artificial Intelligence and Youth Employment”
The session will bring together representatives of Esil University, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, Universitas PGRI Madiun, Universitas Islam Riau and Universitas Widya Gama Mahakam.
18 November — Session 2
“Institutional Transformation and Digital Public Administration”
Participants will include representatives of Esil University, Universitas Islam Riau, Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang (Unsika), the Samarkand Branch of Tashkent State University of Economics and other international universities.
Researchers, lecturers, doctoral students and students are invited to participate.
