At Esil University, based on the Faculty of Business and Management, a motivational program "Path to Success" was launched, aimed at students, active youth, and government officials.
The program was led by the heads of SAP Group companies Alisher Islam and champion of the highest KVN league Didar Islam. Speakers shared their personal experiences, talked about values that guided them on the path to professional and personal success, as well as about their prospects and achievements.
The event included a discussion of leadership qualities, career building, and forming a strategic vision. The active participants asked questions, shared their own experiences, expectations, and personal effectiveness. The live interview revealed real keys from the world of business and creative industries.
The program was held in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. National games and rose wreaths from the football club "Zhenis" were organized for the guests. The main prize — a mobile phone — was won by a student of the 1st course of the educational program "Management" Diana Malimon.
The university rector's lecture was held in the club format, and the students received an official invitation to attend the meeting in advance.
The program took place at the PRIDE BARBERSHOP partner, whose activities support motivated youth and develop student community.
