About us

Esil Business School

Founded in 2013 at Esil University (1999–2022 — Narkhoz), it holds licenses to teach MBA, EMBA and DBA programs. All accredited business school programs are recognized and included in the Republic of Kazakhstan's register of higher and postgraduate education.
The core principle of the business school is gaining knowledge with applied quality and measurable program results in professional and personal development.

We assess the student's progress.: we use a feedback system connecting the participant, the trainer and an individual mentor.

Professional certification for managers— We offer the opportunity to obtain an international management professional qualification — CMI of the British Chartered Management Institute. We encourage students to take the exam, help prepare them, and assist in obtaining the CMI management qualification.

*CMI — the international chartered body for management professionals that awards the Chartered Manager designation in the UK, founded in 1947 in England.

For senior and middle managers, heads and their deputies, department heads, and representatives of the healthcare business. Work experience of at least 3 years in a managerial role is required.

The diploma from the international business school will be of a state-recognized format, containing all program details and approved by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
