Senior Lecturer of the Department of "Social Work and Tourism" Medetbekova Anar Askarbekovnа conducted a master class for students of the educational programme "Social Work."
Students from all years of the Social Work programme participated in the master class. The participants were presented with effective methods and techniques for managing emotional states and were offered strategies for resolving conflict situations.
