A Lecture on HIV Prevention Was Held at Esil University

A lecture on HIV infection prevention was held at Esil University. Physician Aigul Idrisova served as the invited speaker.

The lecturer provided a detailed account of the modes of transmission of the human immunodeficiency virus, individual preventive measures, and also dispelled commonly held myths associated with the disease.

Significant attention was paid to the issues of early diagnosis and timely initiation of treatment, which enables people living with HIV to lead fulfilling lives.
