The Curator Session ‘Rules on Students’ Academic Integrity’ Was Held at Esil University
The event was conducted for group B-Tur — 25/1R by the first-year curator and senior lecturer of the Department of Social Work and Tourism, Zhanargul Kurmangaliyeva.
During the meeting, participants discussed not only the provisions of the normative document but also its psychological significance. It was noted that the principles of academic integrity foster a culture of trust, respect, and responsibility within the university. Special attention was devoted to the internal causes of violations — fear of failure, lack of self-confidence, and a diminished sense of self-worth.

The academic advisor emphasized that observing academic integrity is not merely abstaining from plagiarism, but a demonstration of maturity, independence, and respect for oneself and others. Students concluded that university regulations are not prohibitions, but guiding principles for professional and personal development.
In conclusion, participants formulated their own personal "code of integrity" as an internal instrument for supporting a culture of academic ethics.
