Student Registration and Services Center

The Student Registration and Services Center of Esil University ensures high-quality and prompt services for students — timely delivery of services and information support. The Center comprises the Office of the Registrar and the Student Enrollment Records Department.

The purpose of the Student Registration and Service Center of Esil University is to provide high-quality and prompt service to students in order to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services and information support.

The Student Registration and Services Center includes two structural units: the Office of the Registrar and the Student Enrollment Records Department.

Structure of the Center

The Office of the Registrar (OR) is the academic service of Esil University that maintains the complete record of students' academic achievements, organizes all types of knowledge assessment, and calculates each student's academic rating. The Student Enrollment Records Department (SERD) keeps records of student enrollment movements.

Academic achievement recordsRegistration of all records of a student's academic achievements, organization of all types of knowledge assessment, and calculation of the student's academic rating.
Student databasesData entry, creation, and updating of student databases in Platonus, USHEM, NEDB, Moodle, and others.
Student body monitoringAnalysis and monitoring of the qualitative and quantitative composition of the student body.
Statistical reportingPreparation of the annual statistical report in forms 1-NK and 3NK, as well as administrative reporting to various agencies and institutions upon official request.
Examination formatsPreparation for approval of the examination formats for midterm and final assessment.
Course assignmentOrganization of the assignment of academic courses to instructors.
Course registrationRegistration and re-registration for academic courses.
Transcripts and DiplomasIssuance of transcripts, duplicate diplomas and diploma supplements.

Personal FilesRecording and storage of students' personal files.
Monthly Movement RecordsMaintaining monthly records of student body movement and composition.
Individual RecordsIndividual and statistical record-keeping for all categories of students.
03Office of Registrar and Document Support: Functions
Receiving First-Year Students' Personal FilesReceiving first-year students' personal files from the admissions committee under transfer acts for subsequent recording, maintenance (transfers, changes in personal data, academic leaves granted, individual study schedules, expulsions and/or reinstatements, etc.) and storage in the established manner.
Issuance of Original DocumentsIssuance of original documents from students' personal files upon completion of studies or in connection with expulsion from the university.
Copies of DocumentsPreparation and issuance to students of copies of original documents stored in students' personal files.
Orders on Student Body MovementCompiling information and preparing orders on student body movement.
Electronic RecordsTimely updating and maintenance of the electronic records database.
Certificates for Government AgenciesIssuance of certificates for the State Pension Payment Center and the district department of labor, employment and social protection of the population.
Correspondence on InquiriesHandling correspondence with inquiries from educational organizations regarding students.
Nostrification ControlMonitoring completion of the nostrification procedure in the manner prescribed by law during the first semester of study after enrollment at the university.
