An off-campus lecture was organized for third-year students from the Kazakh- and Russian-language groups of the Tourism educational program at Esil University. The lecture took place at the ALZHIR Museum and Memorial Complex dedicated to the Victims of Political Repression and Totalitarianism.

During the visit, students learned about the history of the Akmola Camp for Wives of Traitors to the Motherland, explored museum exhibitions, archival documents, and materials reflecting the lives of victims of political repression. Particular attention was paid to the preservation of historical memory and the role of memorial complexes in studying Kazakhstan's historical and cultural heritage.

As part of the lecture, students also studied the organization of museum and excursion activities, methods of conducting guided tours, and approaches to interacting with visitors. The event contributed to reinforcing theoretical knowledge, developing professional competencies, and acquiring practical skills in the field of cultural and educational tourism.
