Fourth-year students in the Public and Local Administration and Management programmes at Esil University met with representatives of the Financial Centre. The event focused on young people’s professional development and career prospects in the civil service.
Particular attention was paid to the School of Young Civil Servants project, implemented by the Astana Department of Kazakhstan’s Agency for Civil Service Affairs.
The event aimed to attract talented and proactive young people to the civil service and develop their professional competencies. The meeting broadened students’ understanding of career opportunities and supported cooperation between the university and government institutions.
