Strengthening Cooperation Between Esil University and Hilton Astana

As part of efforts to strengthen the partnership between Esil University and Hilton Astana, A. M. Bayandinova, Candidate of Economic Sciences and Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Social Work and Tourism, paid a working visit to Hilton Astana.

During the meeting, the parties discussed ways to improve the professional training of students enrolled in the Tourism educational programme, arrange internships at the hotel, exchange experience with hospitality industry professionals, and organize joint educational events. Particular attention was paid to developing students’ professional competencies and expanding their future employment opportunities.

Following the meeting, the parties considered prospects for joint initiatives aimed at strengthening cooperation between education and the hospitality industry, combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience, and enhancing students’ competitiveness in the labour market.
