Undergoing Medical Examination (for Military Department Applicants)

Venue for the examination: Astana, 54 Republic Avenue, 5th floor. Baikonur District.
Period: from 10 April to 23 May 2025, from 9:00 to 13:00 (days off — Saturday, Sunday).

To undergo the medical commission at the military registration office, the following is required:

1. Collect the medical examination card (Form 8) from the Military Department in room 210 (from 09:00 to 18:00, lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00)
2. To submit tests and undergo examination at the place of residence at the place of attachment:

• complete blood count;
• microreaction for syphilis;
• general urinalysis;
• ECG (at rest);
• fluorography (no more than 3 months);
• nasal sinus X-ray (no more than 1 year).

1. After receiving the test results, obtain a general practitioner's conclusion (Form No. 027)
2. Undergo a paid examination (4,600 thousand KZT, payment by cash or card) at the dermatovenerological clinic (certificate required), bring the result of the syphilis microreaction test (Republic Ave., 50/2, from 8:00 to 12:00), valid for no more than 10 days
3. Download and print certificates from the Public Service Centre (on absence of criminal record, psychiatric/drug/tuberculosis registration), valid for no more than 10 days
4. Arrive at the military department and clarify the arrival time for the military commissariat medical examination (bring an identity document, registration certificate, and spare footwear to the medical examination; women are required to bring a medical gown).
