Practical Session on “HR Management”

At Esil University, S.K. Kanatova, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Management, conducted a practical session for third-year students of group “Management-24/1-Қ” as part of the “HR Management” course. The session focused on the topic “The Organization’s Human Resource Management Strategy.”

During the session, students explored the concept and main types of human resource management strategies, the stages of their development, and their relationship with the overall organizational strategy. They completed practical assignments, analyzed case studies, and proposed solutions to improve the effectiveness of human resource management.

The session was conducted in accordance with the academic curriculum. Students actively participated in discussions and demonstrated their ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
