An informational and explanatory event on enrolment in the Military Department was held at Esil University for 1st and 2nd-year students.
The following are eligible for selection to the Military Department:
Admission to the Military Department
- Under the reserve officers program (1st-year students), the training period is 2 years. The cost is 480,000 tenge per year.
- Under the Reserve Sergeants Programme (1st–2nd year students), the period of study is 1 year. Cost: 300,000 tenge per year.
The Selection Process Comprises 4 Stages: - Submission of application
- Conducting professional psychological testing
- Physical Fitness Assessment
- Competitive selection carried out in accordance with the calculation of the rating score.
The following documents must be submitted to the Military Department (Room 209–210):
- identity document (original and copy);
- 4 photographs sized 3×4;
- certificate of the student's actual enrolment at the higher education institution (obtained at the university);
- A certificate confirming the presence or absence of a criminal record, in the form prescribed by Order No. 95 of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 27 July 2015 "On Approval of Public Service Standards" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 12055), obtainable via Egov or at a public service centre;
- document (if available) confirming sports achievement — Master of Sport, Candidate Master of Sport (copy)
- a binder folder and two files for compiling the personal file.
The deadline for submitting documents to the Military Department is 28 February 2025.
