Esil University, in collaboration with the Labor Mobility Center of the Astana City Administration, organized a job fair. Approximately 50 employers participated in the fair.
During the event, Esil University Rector Ayapbergen Taubayev addressed the audience, emphasising that this event is held twice a year and that its primary objective is to enable graduates to find well-paying, promising employment and build a bright future for themselves.
Altayev Kazbek Muratbekovich, Deputy Director for Active Employment Measures at the State Communal Enterprise 'Center for Labor Mobility' of the Astana City Akimat, informed young specialists and graduates about state active support measures aimed at ensuring youth employment.
"Particular attention was paid to the 'Youth Internship' programme, which will help graduates acquire valuable experience and unlock new career opportunities," the specialist noted.
Also present at the fair was a representative of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs for the city of Astana, Head of the Civil Service Administration Akhmetzhanova Nazgul Zholdaskалiyevna, who answered questions of interest to job seekers.
"Today we observe that young people know the general name of the civil service but are unaware of its sub-sectors. Explanatory work has been carried out on these and other matters. In this regard, it is young people who demonstrate the greatest interest in the civil service. The stages of transition to civil service have also been considerably simplified. In particular, all stages from filing an application for civil service to employment have been fully digitised," said Akhmetzhanova Nazgul Zholdaskалиевna, Head of the Civil Service Administration.
